Running Forms with WebGate Causes Internal Server Error

In Forms 12c, there has been a random occurrence where trying to access Forms (or even a non-Forms resource) with OAM using a webgate that the following error will be presented:

“Internal Server Error”

If this occurs even after clearing the Web browser cache, you will need to perform the following steps to fix the problem:

1. Go to $DOMAIN_HOME/servers/ohs1/cache
2. Back up everything in the folder and move the backup elsewhere
3. Delete everything in the cache folder

After applying the steps above, the error should disappear.
